Don’t let stress or inner anxiety change you. Yes, I know that it’s normal to feel stress in a stressful situation, but I want you to A) Take a deep breath B) Focus on Me the author and finisher of your faith C) Have hope for change D) Know that I will cause all things to work together for your good. When you do all four of these, stress and internal anxiety will simply vanish!
