Sunday, someone asked me “Do strongholds always leave you when you’re prayed for, it doesn’t always feel that way”.  My answer was YES!  We have the authority to bind the strong man.  After the stronghold is removed, though, we have a responsibility to resist the devil.  Our promise is that if we resist, then the devil must flee.  James 4:7 “Submit therefore to God resist the devil and he will flee from you.”  The stronghold is gone forever when we resist temptation.  This brings about effectual change.  Glory to God!
